Shipping Policy:
FREE ground shipping on all orders to one destination within the 48 contiguous US states. All orders will be shipped via ground standard. Estimated ground time is approximately 3-4 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and Production lead times. Orders received after 2:PM EST will be processed the following business day. Extreme Air will make every effort to meet offered lead times however we can not guarantee it.
Returns: Our goal is to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase, however, we understand that there are some situations which warrant a refund. Extreme Air will accept returns on unused products for up to 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue a refund of the original purchase price (minus any shipping charges & restocking fees). All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or installed.
Prior to returning any products you must email us at admin@extremeairservice.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).
